Image processing

Upon processing Confluence pages to generate an email or when uploading logos, PageMailer processes images through our first-party API, which is hosted and owned by PageMailer. This API handles:

  • Compression of JPEG, PNG, and GIF files to reduce file size while maintaining quality.
  • Conversion of SVG files to PNG format for consistent rendering across email clients.
  • Resizing of images that exceed a certain width to ensure optimal display and reducing file size.

All image processing is performed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No third-party services are used for these operations, and your data remains within PageMailer’s or Atlassian’s infrastructure.
